Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:


  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to them from the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product. The consumer cannot exchange the product after the seven days have elapsed.
  2. To exchange the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer should not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product, and in the case of international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases:


  1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications specified by them, except for products with defects or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
  2. If a defect in the product appears due to the consumer's poor possession.


Return Policy:


  1.   3. The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
